Small Claims Court

I am sueing someone who owes me money and I am not sure how to go about doing it. I need to know where to go and what forms to fill out. I saw it said to fill out a plantiff form but I did not see that one was avalible. I am lost and need some direction to go in. Thank you!

Go to your nearest Justice of the Peace in your county, and ask the Civil clerk for information on Small Claims. They are very helpful, and frequently have a brochure that gives you all the information you need.
