Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I took someone to small claims court in Texas and won a judgement against them. I've been unable to collect on this judgement. Since the judgement the woman I sued got married (I have a copy of the marriage certificate) and purchased a home. Both she and her husband are on the title of the home. Can I place a lien on a home that she is a co-owner of? If so how do I go about filing a lien? Do I need to file a writ of execution?

Thank you

You are not going to be able to collect on a homestead. However, you should file a copy of the judgment in the records of the county where this person resides. You also need to make sure the judgment is current.
