Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I sold my salon( under my name only), in the bill of sale stated that I can not open the business within 3 yrs, within 3 miles radius.

Now I want to buy another salon within that area ( within 3 miles). Ofcourse I can not, but can my wife be the buyer of the new salon?

Depends on the agreement. Texas is a community property state, so it could be argued that you have an interest in the property. Another issue is whether purchasing an existing salon is prohibited in the agreement.
