Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
In the state of Texas can a mobile home owned completely (without any lien) be considered a HOMESTEAD and thus be exempt (as are other homesteads) from being taken away from the owner as the result of a lawsuit ?

Yes, it ca neb exempt, assuming that it's become part of the real estate. Have the wheels been taken off? Is it being used as somebody's principal residence?
