If you find a statutue unconstitutional do you have to report to the Attorney General

No. Only the courts can find a statute unconstitutional. If you feel very strongly about it, you can violate the statute so you have standing to challenge its constitutionality. If convicted, you'd have to take it up on appeal; possibly all the way up to the Supreme Court.

That is a course of action I cannot recommend unless you have either a lot of time or a lot of money to spend on a principle.
