Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Im a student at a technical college, and my wife took my car which contained all my books for school which equals up to almost 1500.00 dollars which i haven't yet paid for. also she has given my car to another man. I need to know how to go about getting in front a judge to get reimbursed for my property that she damaged and getting my car back.

File for divorce and ask for temporary orders which will award to you the temporary exclusive use of those books.
And the car too.
