If you want to sue a business for over $100,000.00 then you file in the District Court of the County where the cause of action arose. You file the lawsuit with the District Clerk by paying the appropriate filing fee and serving the Defendant Company. Make sure you have all the necessary information on the company to serve the right person with the lawsuit. If its a corporation you can call the Secretary of State and ask them who the registered agent is so you can serve the right person with the lawsuit. You should consult with an Attorney.
