Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Can you sue a company which does not have a direct to line operator system for thie customer service. Example called many times must be precise, but will not direct pushed zero which was the number told to me by previous customer service as a way to bypass. However leads only to another spoken directory. Hangs up after three mistakes. Time wasted 5 minutes X 6 =30.

The telephone doesn't work. Stop using the telephone.
Get the company's address, and send them a certified mail (paper letter). The postage will be about $5.50. Tell them in great detail what your complaint is (give details such as dates and model numbers), and give them your phone number and address. LET THEM CALL YOU.
