Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I want to sue CPS, We recently had a case dismissed, does any one take these people on for a precentage, We have them for slander hands down, they where court ordered to give us our records they gave us or daughter instead and then when we asked for a depostion form the case worker they dismissed the case.

No attorney will take a case like this for a percentage of the settlement. It is discouraged by the State Bar of Texas. Sorry!
