Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I am being sued for an automobile accident i dont have the $ to hire an attny so i agreed to settle out of court i presented them with a lump sum offer and their attny told me he would let them know but was sure their client would decline...i dont have any income since im a college student

If you had insurance at the time of the accident then you need to notify your insurance company of the suit.
I doubt that the case will go to trial (if you truly don't have any money/assets).
You should consult with an attorney for a more in-depth analysis of your situation.
