Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Supposedly my ex-boyfriend has wrongfully filed a restraining order against me. Am I supposed to be notified of this by any officials or authorities? Am I supposed to go to a hearing or anything about this? Because right now all I have is my ex-boyfriend's word on it.
And also is there any way to get it lifted since I have no desire to want to go near him anyway?

Yes, you'll be served with something if he really did apply for a restraining order. My guess is that he's a liar.
