Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Was towing legal

I was towed from a vacant parking area connected to an empty warehouse. The business has been boarded up for over 10 years. There is no fence. People regularly park there for short periods of time. There are no signs at all notifying of private property or no parking. My vehicle was not near the building nor was it blocking access to the property. Was it legal for my vehicle to be towed?

Probably, since you were trespassing on someone's private property. There's no developed property in Texas that doesn't belong to someone.
