Unlawful Imprisonment
one day i was on my way home i just gotten my front and back window fixed so i stoped at my friends house, i get out knok on the door and all of a sudden i see a metro police with no lights on and tells me to get back in my car so i told him what are you doing you are not a hpd officer so he tells me to get in his car he got my info and took me to jail and i dont even know why he made my girlfriend get out the car which is 6mths pregnant and find a way home, so now i am in jail i dont know how she got home he towed my car off private property so how should i carry this to higher groungs

You have posted your question as a civil litigation topic rather than as a criminal law topic. Because you are in jail, I assume that you have been charged with some crime and that you cannot afford bail or an attorney. You should request an attorney be appointed for you as soon as possible. As the criminal lawyers will tell you, "Don't talk to the police anymore until you have talked to your lawyer." Assuming that you have not yet been convicted, it probably is premature to be talking about "higher groups."
