Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Vehicle Owner Liability
I own a vehicle (no liens) and it is registered in my name. I am allowing my mother to use the vehicle for an extended period. She has full coverage insurance in her name. If she is involved in an at-fault accident, do I have any potential legal liability?

Re: Vehicle Owner Liability
