Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Can my wages be garnished in Texas for a motorcycle loan. The bank hires a lawyer and now they say i owe the (lawyer) 4,000 and that they are going to garnish my wages...is this possible

No, they can't garnish your wages. They're lying to you, and it is in fact illegal for them to threaten to do something that they can't do under the law (it violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
