Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
If a woman was in a relationship with a man and at the time they were together she purchased a game console for the household and when they break up and he takes her item from her place of residence without her permission and say that the console was bought for him as a gift, would that woman have a good case against him if she has all supporting documents such as:receipts, bank statements, and statments from friends and family members basically saying that the item was purchased for entertainment use for her household and not for the ex-boyfriend?

This sounds like the kind of case that the police won't want to bother with. If you try to file criminal charges, they'll blow you off.
Consider filing a lawsuit under a cause of action called conversion. Demand that he pay you the value of the property he took plus court costs.
