Legal Question in Health Care Law in Texas
My wife and I are about to have a baby and we do not want our child to have the vitamin K shot, hep B shot, eye drops or the PKU test. We have called around to all the local hospitals and one tells us that one of these is required by law then another one tells us that that one is not required but one of the other ones is. We just want our baby to be safe and healthy. Is there any thing we can do and not get CPA or any other law called on us.

You need to find a doctor who agrees that these treatments are not in the best interest of your child's health. If you can't find a doctor that believes that, then maybe it's a clue these things really ARE in the best interest of your child's health.
Don't trust your baby's health to anecdotal tales of treatment, talk to a qualified doctor about your options.
