Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I'm 18 I want to know if I could fix my husbands papers ? Or is it at 21 I could do so ?

You do not have to be 21 to file for your husband. However, "fixing" his papers may be difficult depending on his facts. You and he may want to hire a lawyer so that you are filing all necessary petitions, applications and supporting documents and that the best arguments are put forth giving your husband the best chance of getting appropriate legal status.
