IN 1988 , I CAME TO USA ON STUDENT VISA ,I never LEFT USA UNTIL NOW , I HAVE A PETITION FROM MY MOM IN 1997,SHE HAD A GREEN CARD , IN 2002 AND IN 2004 THEY SENT TO MORE EVIDENCE , BUT IT'S TO LATE ,I CHANGED MY ADRESS ,I NEVER GIVE THEM NOTES ,AND IN 2005 MY MOM SO SICK AND BACK HOME , IN 2001, I GOT MARRIED a citizen , I RECEIVED THE RECEIPT NUMBER ON APRIL 30 2001 , On August 5, 2002, THE DEPARTMENT OF IMMIGRATION mailed ME A NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE APPROVED I130 IMMIGRANT . AND WE DIVORCE IN AUGUST 8 2002, DO I
qualify for benefits under �245(i) NOW IN 2011
