Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am an 18 year old undocumented immigrant. I have lived in the state for 6 years. I have been living with my uncle who is a US citizen for the past year. If i get my uncle to adopt me while im an undocumented 18 year old adult, do you think he can then file for me as his adoptive child to be legal in the states? What would be the process and how can i go about this if it is possible?

Unfortunately your uncle would have needed to adopt you before you were 16 and you would have needed to have lived with him at the time (there is a 2 year residence requirement.)
