I have a 25 years old cousin that I want to bring to the US. Is that possible? if so, what are the options?

Unfortunately, you cannot petition a cousin for U.S. Legal Permanent Residence.
If your cousin is looking for a non-immigrant visa alternative, other than a visitor (B-2) visa, please have him/her provide me with more information on his/her background, as there are potentially many different types of non-immigrant visas available (in general).
Or, see: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/general/all-visa-categories.html
