Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hello i am 19 years old i am not married and have no kids. My father got married and his wife fixed his papers. Can they fix my papers even though im not under 18?

To over simplify, yes. Depending on if you are inside or outside the U.S., had a legal entry, no criminal record, etc., you should have been included as a derivative beneficiary. However, with such little information, I really cannot assess the case properly.
