Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Is it possible to adjust date of birth in SSN, DL, green card etc?
the passport issuer in this person's country had recorded wrong date-of-birth in his passport. Since then He is using that wrong date-of -birth elsewhere like university, green card. But when it is time to renew his passport, He will get my actual date of birth and that would differ from what is in record in the US. How can this be adjusted? This is purely the passport issuer's mistake.

You can make any corrections to your greencard by filing form I-90.
As for the DL & SS card, you should review the SSA & Texas Dept. of Motor Vehicles websites as to the procedures & forms for correcting those documents.
