Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I went to America on a six month tourist visa and i over stayed by almost a year. I have traveled back to my country over two years now. I also have a theft charge on my record while there (though i didn't do it).I Want to go back so i can see my kids. They are not citizens but their mom is married to one. What's The possibility of being granted a visa

If you overstay 365 days or more, once you depart the U.S., you trigger a 10 year bar to admission. Along with the criminal record, I don't see that you would be admitted for another 8 years.
