Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am an American citizen and wish to marry a Mexican national who is currently residing in Mexico. Without having to wait for the fiancee visa to go thru can we meet at the border crossing in Laredo and have an American judge marry us then walk across and get some type of green card or visa that will allow her to stay in the US with me? What options do I have available?

If she has a border crossing card or visitor visa she may enter the US, but she should not have immigrant intent if entering as a visitor. If you marry in Mexico you can file an I-130 and a K visa, but either way there will be a 4 - 6 month wait for adjudication.
