Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am an American citizen and my wife is a LPR. Is there a way to sponsor my wife's mother for an immigrant visa. According to the guidelines on the USCIS website I can not sponsor her because she is not my mother and my wife can not sponsor her because she is not a citizen yet. the only option available seems to be to bring her here on a tourist visa. Is there a way to do this?
