Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I want get a answer
My grandma summited a application for me and my mom several years back and in 2001 when they called us to the immigration office they told us that we would be deported because my mom had lied about being married, i just want to know why was y deported too if i dint lie i feel like thats not fair they blamed me too.

It is impossible to know without knowing more about your case. If you were a minor, and you were 'riding' on your mom's petition, then when her's failed, so did yours. That left you without a valid petition pending. Possibly an attorney could have rescued your situation depending upon the circumstances. If you have not yet adjusted your status, you should take a copy of your paperwork to an attorney to review and determine if you have options.
