Appeal time
i Have received denial letter in 2006 july for my son Green card , and he is 11 years old , i want to know that now i want to apply again for my son , he is here in usa on k-4 visa , but i want to know that is there any time limit to go in appeal..

Your time for appeal from a July 2006 denial has expired. Get a lawyer, and prepare a new package, including information on the prior denial, and the circumstances surrounding the failure to respond.
