Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

if somebody applied for asylum but if he was denied??? what will happen to his status?? if he is in f1 status..

Hello:

If he is in valid F-1 status, he still remains in F-1 Status. However, if not, the case gets transferred to Immigration Court where he should be represented.
