B2 visa overstay

i have B2 5 year visit visa i overstay in usa 89 days only for some medical problem now i com back my country and send a application to home country us emmbecy with us doctor letter.the emmbecy send me a letter to your visa is valid and u go back to usa any time.plz tell me if i com in usa can i face some problem to us airport or not.he give me a entry? plz tell me as soon as posibal thanks

The only answer to your question is "maybe". Since the US received and responded to your correspondence, stating that visa was still valid (keep that correspondence on your person, with your passport when you travel), it should be honored at Customs when you land. There are no guarantees, however, as they have the power to exercise a great deal of discretion.
