Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Ok my bf is from costa rica and he is on a tourist visa. We want to get married. He isn't staying he is going back cause he has family over there. But my question is if we get married will that mess it up for him next time to apply for another tourist visa. He is not wanting to stay here but still be able to come back and leave again
