You will need to file a petition for your spouse to establish your eligibility as a citizen and hers as your legal spouse.
You may email me for a detailed consultation.

You need to file a Petition for Alien Relative, together with supporting documentation and forms. Under certain circumstances, the baby will be a US citizen at birth, but you need to establish that as well.
Consult with an immigration lawyer, or email me directly, for an explanation of the process and the estimated costs.
