I was born in the u.s.a and am pregnant am trying to fix my baby dad papers we got married in Mexico and I was wondering if we have to get married here in the u.s.a so I can fix him papers???

You don't have to be married in the U.S., but you have to he married. Everything else I stated in my previous answer still applies.
