Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am a british national that was living in theUS a legal permanent resident for8 years. I left the US in 2008 to Saudi Arabia accompanying my husband who got a job there and have not been able to return since. I plan to travel to the US next week for a 2 week vacation. Do I enter as a resident Alien or under the visawaiver program. ?

If you have been outside the U.S. for more than a year, your Green Card is no longer valid to enter. You would have to make a motion to show you did not abandon your residence. Please contact me for more information.
