Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my brother in law's case
my brother in law applied in 2005 he's wife is a u.s. citizen he went to his appt. last week but they told him that he would not be able to fix his papers that he would be able to reapply in 10 yrs. because the notary that was helping him put that he came to the u.s. in 1997 and they found out that he was caught by immigration in 1998 so i believe thats why they told him that please i'll be waiting for your response onwhat we can do for him. do we need to fill out an appeal form or an attorney or what? thanks!
