i'm a canadian married to a US
citizen. Married in April 2008, in
Texas.
My questions are:
- what should i do to legalize my
status in the US?
- How can i have a driver license?
-Can I use my canadian social
security number?

You need to retain a lawyer to properly prepare your package for Adjustment of Status.

Hi. I have a few questions for you. You mentioned what it would take to "legalize" your status. Did you fall out of status? How did you enter the US? Did you come as a visitor and just stay too long? Since you are married to a US citizen we can file for your green card and in the process file for your employment authorization which will allow you to get a SS# (no, you cannot use your Canadian number).
