Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Canadian retiree living in U.S. for 10 months
I am a retired Canadian widow who is a winter Texan. I have a boyfriend in the U.S. and would like to spend 10 months a year in the U.S. and 2 months in Canada. I would like to know how to go about getting permission for this. I own a trailer in Texas where I live for 6 months and would not want to work in the U.S.

It is unlikely that you will be able to get a 10 month visa. Absent establishing a marital relationship with your boyfriend, and filing for LPR, I do not know how you could accomplish this.
