What are the chances of getting deported from driving to Canada with only an I-94, DL and I-20 and an expired B-2 visa?

The I-20 is worthless if you don't have either an F-1 visa issued in your passport, or an approved I-539 for a change of status from B-2 to F-1.

Also, you are required to have a passport if you enter another country, regardless of whether you drive, fly, walk in, etc. So, if Canadian Immigration stops you, they might not let you into Canada. Furthermore, even if you are let into Canada, U.S. Immigration probably won't let you back in the U.S. without a valid passport & valid I-94.
