Chang of status from F-1 to Invester visa
I have valid work permit(OPT) to work in US and want to apply to Investor visa to start my own business.What are the requirements for the same such as:require working capital,time frame etc.0

There might be other options to that, actually. You cannot convert such a Visa to Permanent Resident. Go ahead and e-mail me directly and I'll arrange a one hour consult.
