Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Change in Name - H1B
I am on an H1-B, ... if I have a change in name, .. in terms of, I have to add my husbands last name to my name, .. how will that reflect on my visa, .. as my visa was issued before I got married and has my madien name.

You can ask for a replacement, with the name change, by sending a copy of everything, including your approval notice, together with your marriage certificate. The form and filing fees are listed on the USCIS website.
