i became a usa citicen ship about 20
years ago and change my name but theb papers they gave to do it got lose.when my mom pass away we found my papers. but it been so long ago.my question is can istill change my name

Yes you can. The process is a little different, but contact an attorney in your area that has immigration experience. It is not difficult or expensive.
