change of visa status

My babysitter has a B1-B2 visa that is going to expire, how can I do to get her an au pair visa or other one that allows her to work for me because i want to hire her indefinetely. I work in an international organization.

So right now she has a visitor's Visa, was she working in the US with that Visa?

As asked by Gabriel Jack, if she has a Bachelor's Degree she can qualify for an H1B Visa otherwise she could try to get an H2 for temporary or seasonal workers for which there are no qualified US workers. However, you would have to prove that you looked and could not find a qualified worker, the INS may or may not believe your argument, you could try it. Also there would need to be a definite ending date for the time of employment.
