Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Im a u.s citizen, my husband is from mexico with no papers. He was deported in 2000, and was not allowed in the u.s for 10 years. He crossed back before the 10 years. We have been married for 6 years. He takes care of our 4 kids and i work. Will he be able to get a green card? or will i be able to get his citizenship going in anyway.
thanks,
Jessica H.

Your husbands removal order may have been reinstated when he came back into the U.S.
I would need to know about your husbands immigration history, before I can advise you properly.
