Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Im a U.S. citizen and both me and my sister are over 21 years old. So as far as i know we can help my mom get a permanent resident card. She has been here for a while and all of my brothers and sister were born here. She even attended school here. My grandmother her mother has put in for her to become a U.S. citizen a long time ago and i believe it was accepted they are just taking forever. We just want her to have something that is acceptable here. If she is here illegaly can she still obtain her card i dont want her to have to leave all of her kids and grandkids are here. If we send off the form will she get deported?
