My wife is a Russian immigrant who is now a naturalized citizen of the U.S. What is required for my 14 year old step daughter (my wife's daughter) to become a U. S citizen? My step daughter is a permanent resident.

Your step-daughter may be eligible for derivative citizenship if her mother is now a U.S. Citizen. She is also eligible for derivative citizenship if she has permanent residency in the U.S.
