Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
To whom it may concern,
I am a registered Nurse and licensed in Texas with a compact license. I am a german citizen so I am looking for a company who would hire me. I do have a social security number and currently here on a student visa which expires soon. The only way i would be able to stay in the states is by getting permant residency. I already spoke to the immigration department and they had told me if i find an employee then i can file for residency.

You may be able to apply for a non immigrant visa such as an H1-B, if you have an employer who can sponsor you.
