Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I have been in the country on a Permanent Resident card for 30 years. It is time for my 10 year renewal and I was just convicted of my first DWI. I am on 18 month probation. Will this affect my renewal?

Your conviction for DWI as a first time ofender will not affect your renewal if there was no accident. If you were involved in accident, it will be better for you to see a lawyer that will help you through the process.
