Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Dear Sir / Madam,

One of my beneficiary's dependent will be turning 21 in June 2012.

Please let us know what is the process to protect against the age out

of the dependent while waiting for the Priority Date to become current.

Our Priority date is September 13 2001, Preference Category is F4, and Foreign State Chargeability is INDIA. We have completed all the steps and waiting for Interview call.

There may be the possibility of arguing the child does fall under the CSPA, but this particular section is being applied differently depending on where it is filed.
