Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Deportation Option
A US citizen married an illegal alien. The alien only married this individual for citizenship purposes, she has brought her illegal adult children into the US, and is causing the US citizen health problems, plus I have good reason to believe she has become violent toward the US citizen and withhold medical care and nutrition. Is there anything that can be done to deport these individuals since she has not been married to the US citizen for the a long period of time, for instance a 2-4 months time period? In addition, I have good reason to believe that the alien intends to bring the rest of her illegal family over to the US very soon, which is also causing additional health and financial issues to the US citizen not wanting to comply with her demands. Is there anything that can be done to get rid of this woman and her family without causing harm to the US citizen; for example, him going to jail for marrying an illegal alien. Please advise, not sure what to do. What would happen if I called immegration to have this woman picked up?
