My father was suckered into a marriage to a mexican woman, she got her greencard and now wants a divorce, they haven't been married a year yet, what can he do and can she still be deported?

Unless there are other circumstances, the green card she has is conditional. At the end of two years, she will have to file a waiver or establish that as a battered spouse, she does not have to file a waiver. Your dad may want to hire a lawyer.
